About Our Club
Since our inception in 1991, we have served thousands of GLBT community members in a wide range of 12-Step Recovery Groups by providing them with a safe, comfortable and supportive place for them to hold meetings. The groups we have served include Alcoholics Anonymous, Al-Anon, Narcotics Anonymous, Crystal Meth Anonymous, Co-Dependents Anonymous, Overeaters Anonymous and Sex & Love Addicts Anonymous. Thanks to contributions from our members and an all-volunteer Board of Directors, over 95% of the funds we have raised have gone directly to providing these services.
We are currently raising funds for the purpose of purchasing our own building which we will then rent at cost (not for profit) to the groups which wish to meet at our club. Your financial support will allow us to reach out and extend a helping hand to those in the GLBT community who still suffer from addictive behavior so that we may assure them: There is a Solution!

Come join us on Sunday, April 22, 2012 at Fort DeSoto Park – Shelter 2 for food, fun and fellowship.
Feel free to bring a covered dish. Gratitude meeting will be held at 2:00 pm. This is a sober event.

Dear Rainbow Recovery Club Family:
It is with great excitement and enthusiasm that the Board of Directors for the Rainbow Recovery Club announces the move of our clubhouse to a new location! The new location is located at 5101 West Lemon Street, Tampa, FL 33609. The new facility is conveniently located to both Tampa and Pinellas County, near Interstate 275, off of West Shore Boulevard in the West Shore Business District and is less than 3 miles away from the current clubhouse. (See below a map of the new location.)
Your group/meeting has been and continues to be very important in fulfilling our mission, which is to serve the GLBT community by providing a safe, comfortable and supportive place to hold meetings. We hope that all groups will make the move with us and are confident that the new location will better serve all of us jointly.
Some Highlights of the new facility:
• The meeting space is approximately 4,000 square feet, compared to the current location which is just a little over 800 square feet.
• There are multiple meeting rooms which will allow for meetings at the same time. Each meeting space has its own door, so meetings can be conducted in privacy and without interruption or distraction.
• The space is cooled/heated by central heat and air. (No more noisy A/C wall units!!)
• Separate Men’s and Women’s restrooms.
• Water fountain
• Ample parking
• There are four offices where private, one-on-one sponsor/sponsee meetings can be conducted for step work or other recovery-related business.
